Still wanting hot finger food for your guests, but Covid rules are making it tricky?

Here's one way of getting it done!  A bamboo tray with 3 portions plus dressing/relish.  We would classify this as a very light lunch.  Your average adult will likely need some 'afters' to go with it.  (We can offer a slightly fuller version <more portions> on request).  Otherwise, consider some additional packs of sushi or sanwiches

Fillings can be varied in these bamboo trays, to cover your special dietary requirements.  Just give us your list summary and we'll take care of it.

As pictured, they arrive in our orange 4 lunch trays (7 to a tray).  The tray is double wrapped in foil and arrives in our red thermal bags.  Onto the table, ready to select & eat!

Minimum 10 bamboo boats per order.  Can supply 200+ with sufficient warning.
